We have been the route of pharmaceutical dependency on everything from reflux drugs to asthma inhalers and pain pills and we’ve stopped.  We’ve got friends who’ve overcome all kinds of medical challenges from being in long term remission from cancer when medicine failed them to regaining their natural healthy weight and wellness, by making small changes in their eating style. We know people we trust who swear by non-medical natural and supplement based wellness products and methods.  

There is another way

We are convinced there is another way and we’re also convinced that it is possible to stay healthy and well without breaking the bank.

So as we’ve changed the data sort and criterial filters about health and wellness, we’ve stopped worrying about the rising cost of healthcare because we’re focusing on something else. Wellness and a well state of being.

We learned that if we are to be well it is up to we!  In fact we’re glad we’re in this situation because it’s forced us to seek out alternative and natural methods and opened the doors to wellness and freedom from pharmaceutical and hospital dependency.

Once we stopped feeling paranoid about every potential disaster that could befall us medically, we asked ourselves the key question.

How can we eliminate existing health weaknesses and build and maintain a state of ongoing wellness without breaking the bank?

Why we think the way we do

How come when you begin to focus on what’s possible rather than what is apparently limiting you, everything changes? The answer is simple. It’s about how our brain works.

There’s a lot of data out there. We can’t take it all in. What we take in is determined by criteria that set up sensory filters.  Like we always see red cars when we’re looking to buy a red car or we seem to lose our hearing when our mother is blathering on.     The brain then takes this selected information in and makes meaning of it.    Most of which is bull!   

It’s like a database sort.  Whether you set your sensory filters to sort for potential pitfalls and illnesses or ‘wellness’ and alternative methods, it will put a kind of highlighter pen effect on the data that fits your ‘sort criteria’.    Those who set up ‘wellness’ as a sort will find wellness.  That’s how it works.

Most of us are programmed to sort for fear and worry.  Advertisers are notorious for playing your emotional strings.. they send you on a search for all the things you fear and then say ‘it’s OK’ we can help.  You get hooked!!!

And then there are associations that we have had imprinted onto us that determine what we believe is good and right.  They come from parents, teachers, friends, and the media. 

 A lot of the time these imprints are at odds with what our intuitive self knows.  The fact is that when we take the time to slow down and stop the mind chatter, we have access to an amazing form of intuitive guidance.

Our body knows what we need

You’ve probably heard people say ‘I listen to my body’ or ‘I know what foods don’t work for me’… These people are using a facility that most of us have put aside because we’ve been hypnotised into thinking that x, y z are right. 

The body is telling us but often we can’t feel, see or hear it.  I’ve often used simple muscle testing on people by having them hold one arm, palm up, out to their side parallel with the shoulder and using the other to hold an item of food.    The test is done by placing pressure on their outstretched arm and telling them to resist as hard as they can.    Sometimes they can and at other times they can’t. 

The actual presence of the food is causing their body to respond with muscle weakness.   And often without even knowing it, they realize that yes, after eating bread they feel bloated or when they eat kale they feel energized.   

Our body knows yet we override it because of the relentless programming we’ve received and the additives that enhance flavor.  I tasted someone’s gummy strips the other day, and my body said ‘these smell and taste like cheap perfume’.  Not surprising as the flavor is totally chemically based as are most cheap perfumes and even some expensive ones!!

People say things like ‘I know it’s bad for me, but it just tastes so good’.  The reason a lot of things ‘taste good’ is because we’ve been hooked on excessive sugar or salt or Mono Sodium Glutamate that is a common ingredient in ready made food, stock cubes and sweet goods.

FACT!  Our bodies know what’s right for us and what’s not  but they’ve been confused by deep programming to want stuff that isn’t

FACT!  We are being addicted to and poisoned by processed food which in turn provides an ongoing clientele for the pharmaceutical industry. 

Awareness is crucial

In our quest for wellness we have to do two basic things.  We need to recognize the way we’ve been hooked by pharma-based healthcare and become more aware of what things we’re addicted to and how they persuade and addict us..

And we need to actively add and subtract things from our diet and explore different wellness methods until we find the combination or way that works for us.

Why they don’t want you to be well

If someone invented a real life ‘beam me up Scottie, transporter system’ then the car companies wouldn’t be very happy.   They’d stand to lose all their income.    In the same way if people start to get well through changing their diet and using some of the amazing natural and alternative remedies on the market, pharma won’t be very happy at all. 

When we all learn how to be well and healthy using the myriad of natural and low cost or home-made remedies and potions that are out there then we won’t need pharmaceuticals.  

Be prepared for an increase in heavy duty fear based programming especially when you watch TV.

Our wish is that in all big corporations there is a deep seated integrity that will rise up and recognize that it is wrong to sell people things that promote dis-ease and they will dedicate their power and funds to exploring wellness in a different way.  

That is our wish and the chances are that right now they’ll start to fight back?   How might they do that?  Being aware of how you are being maniuplated is very important.

As you consider all the ways that we’ve already been hooked into this paradigm of ‘healthcare’ you may begin to get a little pissed and start to ask yourself ‘do I really need all this?’   and…

You might even wonder at how amazing it would be if you were to have no more symptons because there is no more disease in your body rather than knowing that the moment you stop popping the pill you’ll be back in painsville.

So what’s the difference between what we call wellness and the current health paradigm?

Wellness is about pulling out the root of the disease and above all keeping the host in such a state that disease has a hard time penetrating.  

Pharmabased current healthcare is about burning off the shoots of disease whilst leaving the roots intact.  It is about getting rid of symptoms.

The path to wellness

TRUE STORY! My neighbor Cheryl is a 66 year old woman who lives on social security.  Until recently she had widows medical benefits from a large auto company.  She got her doctors visits, her anti depressants and anti spasmodics and all the rest. 

And then, one day, just like that, she found herself, without conventional healthcare.

At first she went into worry mode, imagining what would happen if she got a baceterial infection or cancer, or if her stomach problems came back and so on… and somewhere along the line she realized that SHE was now the chief provider of healthcare in her life. 

She went on a journey to find the appropriate wellness products for her.   As she abandoned the idea of taking antibiotics at $100 a pop, she found Colloidal Silver and Miracle Mineral Solution.  She felt a flu coming on and dosed herselfup with those two and it dissipated in 24 hours.  She heard that Apple Cider Vinegar taken in a glass of water each day got rid of her reflux and it did.

Like Cheryl, we too have no conventional healthcare.  We are living on savings while we build our online businesses which are all devoted to waking people up to what’s going on and what’s possible and  spreading the message of alternative technologies and a more natural way of living.

We started taking MMS on a regular basis as a preventative, pathogen killing device.    My husband noticed, and you can laugh but it’s a big thing for some people, that his foot odor had disappeared. 

From Sweaty to Sweetie Feet

He wears snake boots a lot because he spends a lot of time outdoors and they’re the only thing that allow him to stand for any time on his shattered and pinned left foot.  Before MMS his feet stunk after a day in the boots.  Now he can wear the same socks for two days running.   The foot odor disappeared.

Gastric Disaster Averted

When he got a dose of stomach problems stemming from a history of gastric ulcers as a child through diverticulosis and IBS, I was really concerned.    He was in agony.   I had no idea what to do… so I put out a plea to the friendly folk on many alternative lists that I subscribe to.  One guy in Hawaii called me up and gave me the number of the Executive Director of a VA hospital, who was a personal friend of his. 

She called me.  Amazingly, unlike most doctors, she wasn’t afraid to help diagnose what might be wrong over the phone.  She didn’t say ‘he needs tests’. She simply said, it might be this or that and as I gave her more history she narrowed it down.     ‘Give him MMS and Aloe Vera, stay off the dairy, gluten and meat’  was her recommendation.  I said to her ‘YOU use MMS?’  But..you’re a doctor!!!   She told me that she’d used it for a really bad staff infection that regular medicine had failed to clear.   

It worked. Combined with his own hydro therapy program, hot baths, with spurts of cold shower on his stomach [to restore acidity] he got better.When real live doctors, especially people in positions of power, like my friend at the VA, start investigating and experimenting with natural and alternative remedies, I know there is a big wave of change on the way.

The gentle road to more raw

In 2006 when I had a sucessful coaching and seminar business and plentyof money, I went on a raw food diet.  I spent $2,000 0n equipment, water distillers, state of the art blender, green star juicer, nut milk makers.  You name it I got it.   I sprouted seeds and bought lots of raw food goodies like flax seed biscuits, kelp noodles and whatever local ‘raw delicacies’ the local WholeFoods offered from raw lasagne to cheescakes made from mangoes, avocado, cashew and agave syrup.

I was also getting a monthly shipment of powdered green drinks and mixing it into two bottles of water a day with alkalizing drops. I was also doing yoga 3 to 5 times a week. 

My health went from sluggish, low energy to vibrant, youthful active aliveness.    I lost 22 lbs in weight, I pooped 3 times a day easily and plentifully [sorry but the colon is the place where good health is most easily compromised] and my skin, hair and nails were in peak condition.

Fall down, get up, fall down, get up…

I fell from ‘grace’.  Slowly my lifestyle changed and I returned to a healthy but mostly cooked diet.  I stopped drinking the green drinks and I started smoking again.   It doesn’t matter.  Now I’m starting out on the path to wellness again.. and I’m excited about it and this time I don’t have a lot of money… but I know that whatever I can afford is worth the expense compared to healthcare bills or insurance.    

We regularly take MMS and Colloidal Silver. I spray the silver in my mouth two or three times a day because I had a history of gum problems. Whenever we get a cut or sting, which is rare, we dab MMS onto it.   I mix Oil of Oregano [a powerful antiseptic] with the Silver.

We are growing kale and mustard leaves and sprouting broccoli and alfalfa which we add to our cooked food.  You can just ensure that you have a salad of raw green veg with your meals.   Spinach, Kale, Green Onions, Mustard Leaf, Turnip Greens, Avocado, Tomato, savoy cabbage, raw carrot are all great salad ingredients.   Dress with some sea salt , apple cider vinegar and a little olive oil or Vegenaise. Salads taste great with just olive oil and salt.  Do what works fo YOU

We juice carrots and celery [both cheap veggies] with home grown wheatgrass and apples.   

Fortunately one of the few things we salvaged into our new simpler life was the Greenstar juicer…

We drink half water/half soymilk shakes with a Fruitein shake which we buy in bulk online.    And there’s a lot more that we’ll be reporting on as we make tracks along the path to wellness..

It’s a slow progression for most people and most of us need to be reassured that it’s OK to do it slowly.  Instead of going into a panic and thinking how awful it will be to eat just raw food, start simply with adding in little bits here and there… It’s amazing how easy it is when you go slow…
